Every year the community and surrounding areas gather together to set off Lanterns into the night. The sky is filled with magic as the lit lanterns drift towards the sky. For a moment there is a stillness and a feeling of solace as everyone remembers those who have left us to soon.
We wouldn't be able to have these events if it wasn't for vendors. Join us on September 19th for an evening of fun.
Categories have been maxed out at 2 this year. If you sell an item that has not been maxed out, please look into signing up for that category.

Information regarding check in and anything else pertaining to the event will come in an email later from the Recreation Department.

Each food vendor spot comes with 4 vendor admission bracelets, and a maximum of 2 additional vendor bracelets can be purchased.

IF YOU ARE SELLING SOMETHING YOU HAVE TO HAVE A CITY OF BENSON BUSINESS LICENSE
Food Vendors:
All food vendors have to have a COI in the amount of $1million (even if you have a cottage license. Your COI needs to name the City of Benson as an additional insured.
Please make sure all of this is taken care of two weeks before the event.
